Outlook - Webraven ISP

This article will help you configure Outlook to download your mail messages from the Webraven server. This configuration also uses your internet service provider as the responsible serviceĀ  for the sending of your messages.

1. Launch Outlook
2. TOOLS -> EMAIL ACCOUNTS -> NEXT
3. Click the NEW button, or for existing accounts, select account and click CHANGE.
4. Complete the 6 fields.

- Your name
- Email Address
- Incoming POP3: mail.your-domain.com
- Outgoing SMTP: mail.your-ISP.com (example: mail.bellsouth.net)
- Username: name@your-domain.com
- Password:

5. Click NEXT and continue to exit wizard.
6. Test by sending a message to yourself.

When not in the office OR when not using Outlook, email can be accessed from anywhere in the world with an internet connection using this link:

http://webmail.your-domain.com
user: Your Email Address
pass: Your Password

It is recommended that you log into your account and change your password for security reasons. This can be done using the weblink above.
